 APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a quick form regarding your skincare needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In these cases, a minimum of 24-hour cancellation notice is required. For cancellations made within 4 hours or less of an appointment there is a 50% cancellation fee added to the cost of the full service.

NO SHOWS

If an appointment is not honoured clients will be charged the full price of their service including taxes. Repeated absences without explanation or notice will result in a booking restriction.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please call to advise Caramelle staff when running late. We will do our best to accommodate clients within a reasonable 5-10 minute timeframe. Please note, that longer services such as facials and massages may need to be shortened if another appointment is booked immediately afterwards.

CHILDREN


There are no accommodations for children at Caramelle Boutique + Spa so we advise clients to make childcare arrangements prior to their appointment. Teens  booked for an appointment must be accompanied by an adult if under the age of 18.

DOGS

Dogs are only permitted on the premises for clients with a permit demonstrating the dog is an aide.

CELL PHONES

For the complete spa experience we ask that cell phones be turned on to silent mode during services.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. We recommend that you leave your valuables at home.

PRODUCT RETURNS

We are happy to return or exchange unopened products purchased at Caramelle when a receipt is provided.  We do not refund or exchange opened products.
